Administrator console
User, subscriber, channel and external-access management. This console issues approval codes and prepares the approval and confirmation emails for the administrator and administrators mailboxes.
First-run default password: HFL-Admin-2026. Change it immediately after signing in. In production this gate must be enforced server-side.

Server-side responsibilities
- • Persist users in SQL with an Excel/Access/SQL export and weekly email to administrator@ and administrators@hfl-pass.com.
- • Send the approval mail with a 60-second SLA and escalate to administrators@hfl-pass.com on expiry.
- • Send the stakeholder confirmation with BCC to both administrator mailboxes.
- • Enforce administrator password, roles and audit logging on the server — never in the browser.

Campaign planner, product roadmap, design studio and the rest of the GrowthWorks suite. Credentials are held by administrators only and are never written into the published website.
For multiple administrators, enable GrowthWorks SSO rather than sharing this credential, and keep it in a password manager. This device-local store is optional.
