The 7-Tier Enterprise Ecosystem
A single multi-sided platform connecting leadership and governance through to the public marketplace — with role-based access at every tier.
Tier hierarchy & access matrix
| Tier | Ecosystem target | Access role / primary functions |
|---|---|---|
| Tier 1 | Super Admin & Leadership | Chairman, CEO, master admin and C-suite. Full platform control, two-factor sign-offs. |
| Tier 2 | Corporate Functions & Governance | Internal governance, HR, audit, risk and control performance. |
| Tier 3 | Regional / Country Operations | Regional controllers and country schedulers. |
| Tier 4 | Value Providers & Channel Partners | B2B co-working, extranet, lead generation and joint ventures. |
| Tier 5 | Enterprise Subscribers (B2B) | Enterprise learning and management suites, workforce upskilling and co-execution. |
| Tier 6 | Individual Subscribers (D2C) | Direct-to-consumer subscribers, course buyers and microservice freelancers. |
| Tier 7 | Public Extranet & Visitors | General visitors, public marketplace and lead-intake forms. |
Governance & confidentiality
Tiers 1–3 carry internal operating detail and are access-controlled: the pages describe scope, but detailed specifications are shared only with authorised personnel on request. Tiers 4–7 are public-facing.
Continuous improvement
The ecosystem is reviewed on a recurring cycle so that menus, sectors and microservices stay current. Updates are applied non-destructively — new items are appended, never overwriting existing structure.
Request ecosystem access
Role-based access to the ecosystem is granted by an administrator after verification.
