The terms governing use of the platform and services operated by the AHFL entities and houseforlearning.com.
1. Entities and scope
This agreement governs AHFL Global Investment LLC (UAE), AHFL Global Investment Private Limited (India), HFL Inc. (Canada) and houseforlearning.com. Services operate through the HUMI (HFL Unique Member Identifier), which supports digital attestation, electronic signatures and skill-passport authentication.
2. Acceptable use
- ✓Use the platform lawfully and in accordance with applicable institutional policy.
- ✓Do not attempt to access restricted areas without authorisation.
- ✓Do not upload material you are not permitted to share.
- ✓Do not misrepresent competence, credentials or identity.
- ✓Respect intellectual-property and confidentiality obligations.
3. Services
Services are provided on an “as is” basis. Learning, assessment and readiness services support competence development; formal certification or approval is completed through the applicable competent, recognised or accredited body.
4. Force majeure and disruption
Cyber incidents, outages and other events beyond reasonable control are governed by force majeure provisions and applicable international arbitration protocols.
5. Liability and IP
- ✓Liability is limited to the extent permitted by applicable law.
- ✓Platform content is AHFL-authored and brand-neutral.
- ✓Third-party materials are not published on the public platform.
- ✓Users retain responsibility for their own submissions.
6. Changes
These terms may be updated. Continued use after an update constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
