1. Who we are
This notice applies to AHFL Global Investment LLC, AHFL Global Investment Private Limited, HFL Inc. and houseforlearning.com. Identity across the platform is managed through the HUMI (HFL Unique Member Identifier).
2. Multi-jurisdictional compliance
Data protection is designed to align with the applicable regimes in the jurisdictions where we operate, including Canadian, European, United States, Singaporean and South African requirements, and other applicable national laws.
3. Data-subject requests
To exercise access, correction, erasure or portability rights, submit a request including your valid HUMI to support@hfl-pass.com. Requests are verified before action.
4. Device-local activity tracking
The optional activity tracker stores your navigation history only in your own browser. It is opt-in, is never transmitted to a server, and can be purged at any time from the tracker controls.
5. Data minimisation
- ✓Collect only what is needed for the service.
- ✓Do not store passwords, tokens or payment credentials in activity records.
- ✓Apply access control by role and tier.
- ✓Retain records only as long as required.
